I have been visiting this resort for the past four years, and it has consistently met my expectations. The location is excellent, right across from a fun water park, and the beach is pristine. However, during my last stay, I faced some issues with maintenance in my unit, which was disappointing. The staff really made up for it with their friendly and helpful service, though.

Unfortunately, the unit I was assigned had unclean features like black mold in the ice chute and maintenance issues with the jetted tub. The views from some rooms weren’t great, as mine looked out over a parking lot. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 5/10 due to cleanliness and maintenance.
